The ultrasonic output frequency is based on the frequency of the welding head and the frequency shift caused by long-term welding of the product, resulting in a temperature increase of the horn and a false change in frequency after the horn compresses the product. It also assists in the automatic tracking of the surrounding environment temperature and ultrasonic output frequency, ensuring that the equipment operates at the optimal frequency point, making the welded product more stable, perfect, reliable, and unified.
