The basic working principle of the automatic rotary ultrasonic plastic welding machine is as follows:

A) The principle of ultrasonic application is to transmit sound waves to the welding head (HORN) to the plastic processing object, with ultrasonic frequencies of 20KHZ and 15KHZ per second and appropriate amplitudes, to cause intense friction between two plastic parts and quickly fuse the plastic joint surface, completing the fusion process within 1-2 seconds. B) Select an electronic controlled splitter and speed control system, combined with a PLC programmable time control system, to coordinate the bottom mold rotation with ultrasonic welding, achieving one bottom mold rotation and one welding.
